Nagathankavu has stood for centuries as a sacred refuge of silence, nature, and divine serpentine grace. Under the guidance of our revered Temple Thantri, Vasthu architects, and the local temple managing committee, a comprehensive Punuruddhāranam (ക്ഷേത്ര പുനരുദ്ധാരണം) masterplan is being executed following strict Thanthra-Shastra and Vasthu-Vidya tenets.
Every copper tile laid, every granite stone consecrated, and every tree protected in this grove carries immense karmic blessings (Punya) for one’s family and lineage.

Sreekovil & Copper Sheet Gilding
Restoration of the sanctum roof with weather-resistant traditional Kerala copper sheets, teakwood woodwork, and carved serpent motifs to protect the sacred vigrahas for centuries.
Sarpa Kavu Grove Ecological Conservation
Preserving over 40 indigenous medicinal plant species, century-old banyan trees, natural sacred canopy, and traditional stone serpent idols from erosion.
Theerthakulam & Granite Pradakshina Pathway
Purification and structural stone reinforcement of the temple’s sacred pond (Theerthakulam) along with smooth, non-slip granite stone paving for circumambulation.
Deepasthambham & Perpetual Lamp Seva
Installation of traditional heavy brass multi-tiered Deepasthambhams for continuous evening Deeparadhana illumination around the sanctum boundary.
Devotee Contribution & Samarpana
Copper Roofing Unit Seva (ചെമ്പ് തകിട് സമർപ്പണം)
Sponsor one or more consecrated Kerala copper roofing tiles for the Sreekovil sanctum.
Granite Stone Seva (കരിങ്കൽ പാകൽ സമർപ്പണം)
Sponsor square feet units of polished natural granite stones for the inner temple courtyard.
Grove Flora & Theerthakulam Seva (വൃക്ഷ & കുളം സംരക്ഷണം)
Support the organic planting of rare Ayurvedic saplings and theerthakulam spring conservation.
